Day 203 Paradise Glimpse

"Paradise Glimpse" is a small wall hanging I made for my father years ago. Makes me think of paradise that isn't really there....

Day 202 Joyful Mermaid

"Joyful Mermaid" is a wallhanging, pieced, quilted and embellished with crystals and glass beads. There is a sleeve with a bejewelled dowel and metallic cord, ready to hang.

This is a Marbled Hatchet Fish, in watercolor, 9" x 12".

Day 200 Xmas tapestry

"Xmas tapestry" is a 9" x 9" x 9" triangular bag, lined with pockets, closes with a long drapery cord/shoulder strap.

Day 199 CHRISTMAS! Working Girl

"Working Girl" is a 15" x 17" pieced with tapestry fabrics, lined, magnetic snap closure, pockets, 24" studded handles.

Day 198 Wooly

"Wooly" is a woolen handbag, 17" x 18", with beaded handles.

Day 197 Wavy Polka Dots

Serious catch up ... I've been sick for about a month now... so my creations and postings are a bit sporadic, but here goes with the catch up for the last week, starting with "Wavy Polka Dots", a weatherproof, plasticized fabric, perfect for a gigantic shopping spree. It's 18" tall by 20" wide...straight forward...no pockets or lining.

Day 196 Two Fish

A new wallhanging...."Two Fish" (I know, not very creative name) is a 12" tall by 33" wide wallhanging, with lots of painted stone embellishments, as well as glass button eyes (fancy!) and yarns....pieced and quilted, of course. Has the typical dowel sleeve and dowel...ready to hang. The pictures were taken with my new birthday camera (thanks Henry and Carrie!)

Day 195 Wavy Daisies II

This Wavy Daisies is 10" x 12" x 3" with pockets and handmade beads, featuring bamboo handles.

Day 194 Wavy Daisies I

Wavy Daisies is a 7" x 11" x 4" bag with a magnetic snap closure, decorated with black and white buttons, lined with pockets, and a 26" braided black and white handle.

Day 193 Victorian

Victorian is a 10 x 10 x 2 bag with pockets and a 58" drapery shoulder strap.

Day 192 Triangles

Triangles is a 19" x 21" pieced tapestry and velvet bag with 21" fabric handles.

Day 191 Trade Winds

Trade Winds is a 15 x 8 x 2 extra deep bag, with lining and coin purse. It has a matching 34" fabric strap. It also has a copper starfish.

Day 190 Tiger Tapestry

... is a 16" x 17" black velvet background, with a woven tiger design. It has a studded woven strap.
