Day 350 Dolphins Wall Hanging

"Dolphins" is a wall hanging depicting two bottlenose dolphins jumping in a Caribbean Sea with a Tropical Island in the background, and a swirling blue sky and aquamarine water.  I added glitter glue to the water to accentuate sparkling of water.  It is pieced from painted cottons, appliqued and quilted, ready to hang with a sleeve in dowel on the back.  It's 20" tall by 32" across.

"Shades of Black and White" is a wall hanging, 36" tall by 19" across. It is a multi-media pieced, with pieced fabrics, cards and beads.

Day 269 Bonytail Chub

"Bonytail Chub" is a wallhanging, 13.5" tall by 20.5" across, handpainted fish (acrylic on cotton, with a little oil detail for the scales), appliqued on a tye-dyed rayon background and quilted. Cotton print border. Ready to hang with a dowel in sleeve.
The Bonytail Chub is one of 10 endangered Colorado river fish.

Day 265 Dragonfly Squares

"Dragonfly Squares" is a large wall hanging, 35" tall by 25" across, with 1.5" squares pieces together for the "garden" background (I used butterfly and other insect and flowers), and put lace over the wing section. It has polymer clay eyes.

Day 263 Many Asian Moons

"Many Asian Moons" is a fabric collage wall hanging that is 36" tall by 24" across, pieced, quilted, appliqued and embellished with circular metal and wooden moons.

"Turtle Baby" is 17" x 8" small wall hanging, pieced, quilted, appliqued and embellished.

"Sprung" is a 30" tall by 22" across wallhanging. It has a 3D effect with the puffy, textured fabric appliqued to make flowers. It has a textured linen background, embellished with textural yarns. It is pieced, quilted, appliqued and ready to hang with a dowel in sleeve.

Day 255 Rhinoceros Beetle

"Rhinoceros Beetle" is inspired by "Serendipity Quilts" by Susan Carlson. Little pieces of colorful fabric fused to make a design, embellished with "eyelash" yarn for the hairy legs, then quilted. It is 27" tall by 17" across.

Day 254 WildFlowers

"Wildflowers" is modeled after lifelike flowers, very 3-D. It is approximately 15" tall by 30" across, featuring 14 varieties of mountain wildflowers.

Day 253 Wild Earth

"Wild Earth" is a 29" tall by 18" wide fabric collage multi-media celebration of the planet in browns, with lots of piecing, quilting and embellishments with seeds, pods, found items and stones.

"What a Tangled Web" is a small wall hanging, 12" x 12", with reverse appliqued, machine lacing, pieced and quilted.
