Day 235 Sprung Artist

"Sprung Artist" is a self portrait made with various fabrics pieced together, painted, embellished and quilted. It is adorned with guitar strings (thanks, Henry). It is 11" x 9" framed with a silk border (made from a tie found in a parking lot...how's that for serendipity?)

Day 234 Yellow Wall Art

"Yellow" is a tall and narrow, 26" x 6", pieced yellow cottons, quilted and embellished with glass, metal and wooden beads and objects. It is ready to hang with a dowel in sleeve.

"Slice of Green" is a 15" tall by 30" wide fabric collage wallhanging with pieced with applique, quilted and embellished with beads and yarns. Ready to hang with dowel in sleeve.

"Redstone Shopper" is a large, 15" tall by 20" wide by 6" deep, shopping bag for a great day out collecting treasures. It is pieced with redstone color tapestries, lined with inside pockets and has 26" padded straps, big enough to sling over your shoulder.

Day 231 Seasons Go Round Wallhanging

"Seasons Go Round" is a small, diamond (rhombus), with 12" sides. It is pieced, quilted and embellished with "biscuits" (3-D origami fabric pieces) and specialty yarns. Ready to hang.

Day 230 Creative Shopper

"Creative Shopper" is a large shopping bag, 16" tall x 20" wide x 6" deep, pieced, lined with pockets and 26" woven straps.

Day 229 Seahorse

"Seahorse" is a 6" x 6" framed in beveled glass. The ocean pieces sewn together are very tiny. The seahorse is appliqued.
